A post-processing plugin that generates a CycloneDX v1.5 SBOM (sbom.cdx.json) for the built website.

Superseded by crate::sbom::SbomPlugin, which writes the same file and additionally links it from every document head. Both were registered, and because this one runs first its output was overwritten on every build — the dependency tree was serialised twice and one copy discarded. It is no longer registered by the default pipeline and will be removed in a later release.
