Image-optimization tunables (issue #521). Surfaces the [image] section of ssg.toml:

avif_quality = 70   # 1..=100, default 70 (visually transparent)
lazy_avif    = false  # set true to skip AVIF for non-priority images

Both fields are optional; absent fields fall back to the same defaults baked into crate::plugins_group::image_plugin::ImageOptimizationPlugin.

Fields

avif_quality: u8

AVIF encoding quality (1..=100). Defaults to 70.

lazy_avif: bool

If true, AVIF encoding is skipped for images without a priority="high" shortcode marker — see issue #521 AC5. Defaults to false (AVIF for every responsive variant).
